CA Amit Agrawal is the Founding Partner of the Firm and has over 25 years of Industry Experience in Audits and Assurance, Tax advisory including corporate taxation, Litigation and Compliance Services.

Over the years he has attained professional expertise in successfully representing his clients before various Appellant Authorities including Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. Further, he has efficiently handled various Raid cases, search and seizure matters and block assessments for the clients.

He has vast experience in handling Statutory, Concurrent and Stock Audits of various Public Sector Banks. Further he has been actively involved in Statutory Audits of various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

CA. Nishant Agrawal, ACA, B.Com(H)

Mr. Nishant Agrawal became a Chartered Accountant at the age of 21 and also completed his graduation in B.com(H) from Delhi University in 2017. He has experience in Indirect Taxation, Personal and Corporate Taxation and Company Law. He also has substantial experience in Statutory and Internal audits of various industries.

He specialises in Financial Planning and with a keen interest in the financial markets, started his investment practices early on in his life.. His strong communication skills and virtue of money management not only helped him create a large web of his clients but also understand the market. He has contributed various articles for the CA magazines on diversified topics.

With a firsthand experience of the fluctuations in the Indian Financial markets, he has the adequate knowledege of the how's and why's of putting your money into better use. He is an example for the youth who are willing to watch their seed money grow into enormous trees branching out in all directions.

CA Simmi Agrawal, FCA, B.Com(H), M.Com, ACMA, PhD, DISA

Dr. Simmi Agrawal, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(FCA), and Associate member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (CMA) and belonging to the alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce (Goldmedalist) has earned her PhD in management. She is a certified Information System Auditor. She has a mix of corporate and academic experience of more than 21 years.Her fields of involvement in research work in form of articles in various national and international journals span across from Corporate Accounting to Strategic Cost management.
She has authored a number of acclaimed books on Accounting, Finance and Cost Management published by Kalyani Publishers. She has designed and delivered numerous middle and senior management executive development programs for organizations, such as the Genpact, IBM, HDFC Bank, BPCL, IOC, GAIL, NTPC, NIBSCOM, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Syndicate Bank and several other organizations in the following area:
